1. Coustmer to click on "Pin Generation option (bottom right of ATM Screen)
2. Enter account number
3. Enter Mobile number
4. Confirm
5. One time Pin (Otp) will be sent on registered mobile
6. OTP must be used to change the PIN on SBI ATM within 24 hours

PIN GENERATION- SMS
1. SMS to 567676 from registered mobile number in below format
PIN <XXXX> <yyyy>
XXXX is the last four digits of card number
yyyy is last four digit of account number

2. OTP will be sent on registered mobile
3. OTP must be used to change the Pin on state Bank ATM within 24 hours

PIN GENERETION - IVR

1. Customer to call from registered mobile to the call Centre  no 02652639598

2. Need to enter card number

3. Need to enter account number

4. Otp will be sent on registered mobilec
